Homemade Vegetable Juice Recipes

Everyone knows that increasing your vegetable intake is good for your health, but sometimes it can be difficult to add more vegetables to your diet without feeling like that is all you are eating. Here are a couple of quick and easy juice recipes that anyone can make. They require nothing more than a simple blender, but for those that have more sophisticated equipment, it will work great too!

A Simple Cleansing Juice

3 large carrots (2 handfuls of baby carrots could be substituted)
1 handful of spinach
1 apple (any kind depending on your taste preference)

Another Cleansing Juice

1 handful of spinach
2 stalks of celery
1 apple

A Treat for Your Skin

1 small cucumber (or half of a large)
2 apples
1/2 red or orange pepper

Immune Booster

2 large carrots
1/2 cucumber
1 handful of parsley
2 garlic cloves
